Camping/Hotels

This year we once again encouraged people to plan on camping here in Santiago at our campgrounds. It completes the experienceview
The festival this year will be held in the new Atitlan Cultural Park... it is private and we are able to fence the grounds and feel confident that we can provide enough security personnel in the campground to make everyone feel safe.
The campground is a neat little series of grassy glades surrounded by forest. The campground also had toilets and plenty of water.

Personal fires are not allowed, but we had a couple of nice bonfires burning at the site. There is plenty of room.

This year we will charge Q20 per person, this is so that we can pay for the extra security.

The folks who camped out were very happy with the experience.... there are gatherings all night long and the music never stops.

If you can't camp, and want a Hotel:

There are hotels of all kinds in Santiago.
